The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan

This was one of the most amazing hotels we stayed in. My wife had an important birthday and the team prepared decoration in the room and a cake (Daffa, Salma, Claudia - thank you 🙏). The whole staff was most helpful and kind, we don’t have words to describe it. The room was spacious, very comfortable, clean and quiet (very important for us). The breakfast was good, the buffet dinner was really nice. The swimming pool area is also relaxing. Definitely, book a massage in their Spa - the couple massage is fabulous - thank you Berna and Herna! We been in the nice hotels around the world but I must say this was one of our favorites

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. All the staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff overall were truly brilliant — the real jewel of the place. I’m sure they are guided by a great leader, as the level of service and care was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was truly the best I’ve ever had in my entire life — both in taste and variety. Every single item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a daily highlight of our stay, with something to satisfy every palate. Special thanks to: • Melany (Reception) – Exceptionally helpful and kind. We loved our room, and we truly appreciated her warm welcome and professionalism. She also recommended the perfect spot for breakfast within the hotel, which was a great start to our day. • Adhitya (Reception) – Very kind and informative. He gave us wonderful advice about Indonesia, and we were impressed by his professionalism. • Daffa (Breakfast Restaurant) – So helpful and friendly! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. • Rivaldi (Breakfast Restaurant) – Also went out of his way to assist us. Extremely attentive and pleasant. The overall service exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A Memorable Weekend at The Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan Jakarta – 24–25 May 2025 From the moment I stepped into The Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, I was reminded why this property continues to set the gold standard for luxury hospitality in Jakarta. Front Desk Excellence – Sara Zefanya & Team A heartfelt thank you to Sara Zefanya (and the entire front desk team). Their warm welcome, attention to details (I always choose non smoking room), and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest from the start. What stood out most was how they remembered my name and consistently offered thoughtful, proactive solutions to any request or concern. It’s rare to find a team so in sync and committed to guest satisfaction. Club Lounge Experience – Christian The Club Floor was another highlight, thanks to Christian, whose service was nothing short of outstanding. He not only ensured every detail of my visit was perfect but also introduced me to a unique touch of local culture—traditional Jamu drinks served exclusively within the Club Lounge. This thoughtful gesture added a layer of authenticity and exclusivity that I truly appreciated. Musical Ambience – The Pianist In the afternoon the atmosphere was elevated by the soulful tunes of the hotel’s pianist— I spent time talking with an older pianist (I noticed Ritz CArlton Mega Kuningan has two pianist, the younger guy and the older one) this older guy was wearing a Parisian-style beret. Though I didn’t catch his name, our conversation about his international assignments with Ritz-Carlton properties was fascinating. It’s inspiring to see how the brand nurtures talent and facilitates global exchanges, enriching both staff and guest experiences. Overall Impression This stay was a perfect blend of elegance, cultural richness, and heartfelt service. The people truly made the difference, and I left with a deep appreciation for the Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to excellence.

we got the club lounge access and also can have lunch and dinner there, so we just enjoy our time in the hotel. the room is spacious with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, so for our group, it fits really well. breakfast so many choices and varieties, however the smoke salmon refill is very slow and runs out so fast.

The people, from the top, an Italian guy named Maurizio (hotel GM) always around making sure his guys are keeping up to his standard. I always admire such leadership; the club lounge guys are all great people that are properly trained to help you- even some of them are still interns, but they managed to pull high quality services- kudos to RC training program.
